The Florence Brasser Merit Scholarship Fund

Applications for the Florence Brasser Merit Scholarship are due in July/August each year.

Submit a completed application form and an essay about future goals and educational plans, including progress towards attaining these goals. Please include a current or most recent high school or college transcript.

Click here to download application and instructions.

The Florence Brasser Merit Scholarship Fund was established to aid students from the families of United Methodist Church of North Chili. Scholarship grants are made to students who have completed high school, enrolled in a 2-4 year college and actively participated in our UMC of North Chili Church.

Continuing eligibility for the grants from the fund will be based upon the maintenance of a “C’ average or equivalent point average for the school year prior to the grant application. A complete application includes a recent transcript. The deadline for 2019 is coming up, and forms will be available on line and in the church office for next year. Grants are paid to the student no later than early in the Fall.
